Last year off-duty OPP Sgt. Gregory Stobbart was riding his bicycle near Burlington when he was clipped by an errant truck and killed.

The driver of that truck was convicted of Careless Driving and sentenced to a two-year probation term, 100 hours of community service, and a driver’s education course. Let us not forget the fact that they took away the poor souls driver’s licence for a year… will not matter too much, he was previously convicted of driving without a licence.

In fact, he has been charged FIVE TIMES for driving without a licence!… and twice for driving without insurance.
