Bike Pirates has been doing what our over-priced City politicians have not been able to do yet. That is putting people on bicycles in large numbers and encouraging them to ride. Bike Pirates do not waste time on doing studies on top of studies to make work for staff nor do they engage at City Hall type self-congratulation propaganda.
